Blom-Singer® Nasal Septal Perforation Prosthesis
According to PDAC and CMS, HCPCS L8047 is allowed once every five years.
If the physician changes the device sooner, they are able to submit the claim, along with a Medical Necessity explanation.
The physician is able to submit a claim for their service, using CPT 30220, as needed (no limitation).
